We are as we believe ourselves to be.
We don't see things as they are but as we are.
The basis of our perception is our
own self image which is then projected
outward onto the world around us.
Start to listen to the things you say
to yourself throughout your day.
Actively stop yourself if your inner dialog
is abusive or demeaning or negative in any way
and tell yourself right then,
"This is not true"
Immediately find something to appreciate
about yourself and replace the belief.
After all a belief is just a thought
we keep thinking.
