YOU HOLD ALL THE POWER!

You determine what you will experience

by the focus of your attention

and how long you will live it

by the stories you tell.

Look toward that which brings you joy

and expect things to go your way.

Then when something doesn't

resist telling that story

because every time you re-tell something

you re-activate the vibration within you.

Tell stories that uplift energy....

INTEND TO BE AN UPLIFTER!

Everything we see

we choose to see.

Something draws our attention

because it resonates with

a vibration already active within us.

Yet it stays in our experience

only by our focus on it.

Shift your focus toward

the life you want

and stop talking about

what is unwanted.

You'll be astounded at

what will begin to emerge.

Joy is a powerfully attractive energy.

When your joy is focused on something

and you are loving purely,

there is no greater expression of gratitude

...and gratitude opens you to your true power.

Intend to be joyful!

Then make choices which lead to happiness.

No, not pleasure...

Happiness!

 "The main character

of your story is you.

Your story is your creation.

You are the artist

with the force of life

flowing through you.

If you don't like

your art,

YOU have the power

to change it."

Don Miguel Ruiz
