I was sitting beside my mom's bed when suddenly
she reached up and put her hand on my face.
"You are so precious. I love you."
I smiled and said, "I love you too Mom."
She replied,
"No, I mean unconditionally."
A beautiful smile spread across her face.
This was the last thing she said to me.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
I thank God every day that I
totally lucked out to get you as my mom.
Wherever you are I know you're
laughing and having a Cajun good time.
I LOVE YOU MOM!

#13 is my favorite of all of your work that I have seen thus far. I had an immediate, unguarded inhaled gasp. The dark, rich colors with a brighter colored spinkled over; much feeling. I also find the 1st at top, and 4th from the last quite enjoyable.
